9100 Holly Project number 1000523	Triangular lot north of Albertson's	Plan Elevation	(2/20/2009) This project is on hold until the economy picks up and empty retail space between Ventura and I-25 starts to fill up.
Ventura Plaza Project number 1006602	Southwest corner of Paseo del Norte and Ventura	Plan Elevation Landscaping	(2/20/2009) Walgreen's will begin building any day now, and should be done by July. A new right turn lane on east bound Paseo will also be constructed. The credit union and the retail stores are on hold for now.
Hope Episcopal Church Project number ?	Between Signal and Alameda, between Barstow and Ventura	Plan	(2/20/2009)The Church is completed. The healing center and parish hall do not have start dates yet. We need to resolve the issue of whether they will be building a wall along Signal. We also need to obtain assurance that when Signal is closed from Carrington to Ventura, that the Greenarbor barrier will not be removed.
Hope Plaza Project number ?	Between Signal and Alameda, between Barstow and Ventura	Elevation	(2/20/2009)The office building to the east should be completed by June, and the one to the west by later in the summer. At some point over the summer we should begin to see traffic using the Alameda entrance rather than Signal. An issue we need to follow is ensuring, through a gate or other means, that traffic does not use Signal.
Vintner Court Project number ?	Between Vineyard IV and Wilshire Boulevard	Plan	(2/20/2009) These six homes appear to be completed.
North Domingo Baca City Park	Northwest of the intersection of Wyoming and Carmel	Presentation	(2/20/2009) The skateboard park is almost completed. There has been progress on the dog park. A parking lot has been built. The first phase of the Multigenerational Center is ready to go.
